< Hong Kong and Macau Regions >

 

Shipping Method:

Once your ordered items have been shipped, you will receive a message notification containing a tracking number (sent via WhatsApp +852 5181 6003). Shipping time and method will depend on your region.

 

Shipping Fees, Delivery Time, and Arrangements:

Orders totaling HK$300 or more (based on the discounted price) qualify for free shipping. (Excludes outlying islands.)

For orders below HK$300 (based on the discounted price), customers are required to pay a HK$30 shipping fee.

Orders will be delivered within 3 working days after shipment. Deliveries are generally made from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The delivery personnel will typically contact the recipient by phone to arrange receipt prior to delivery.

 

Address Changes:

If you need to change the delivery address after the items have been shipped, please contact the courier company directly to make arrangements. All related fees must be borne by the customer. If the customer is unable to receive the delivery due to personal reasons, please contact the courier company directly to make arrangements. If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful, your order may be canceled, and we may not issue a refund.
