Shipping Method:

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a notification message (via WhatsApp +852 5181 6003) with a tracking number. Shipping time and delivery method will depend on your region.

 

Shipping costs, delivery time and arrangements:

Free delivery will be provided for orders over HK$300 (calculated based on the discounted price). (Except outlying islands)

For orders less than HK$300 (calculated based on the discounted price), customers will be charged HK$30 for shipping.

After confirming successful payment, Normal orders take 1-2 working days to process and ship, depending on stock availability.
Under normal circumstances, Standard delivery service will arrive at the delivery address within 2 to 3 working days. For orders to remote areas, it may take an additional 3 to 4 working days to be delivered. There is no delivery service on Sundays and public holidays.

 

Change of Address:

If you need to change the address after the goods are shipped, please contact the express company directly to make other arrangements. All related costs shall be borne by the customer. If the customer is unable to receive the parcel due to personal reasons, please contact the express company directly for arrangements. If delivery is unsuccessful multiple times, your order may be cancelled and no refund may be made.
